Shipping Policy

Production and Order Processing

All DOMILUXIS address signs are made to order and shipped from China.

We provide a design proof for your review before production. Please check all house numbers, street names, spelling, dimensions, and other customization details carefully. Production begins after you approve the design.

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Australia, order processing normally takes 10–15 business days after the order is placed, before dispatch. If design approval is delayed or changes are requested, processing may take longer. We will contact you if an issue affects your order.

Estimated Transit Times

Order processing time and transit time are separate. The following estimated transit times begin after dispatch and are additional to the 10–15 business day order processing time:

• United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada: 15–25 business days
• Australia: 15–25 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs and Import Charges

Standard shipping is free. Where applicable, we cover standard destination import duties or taxes.

Tracking and Delivery

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can check the shipment status.
