Because our address signs are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or our error.

Design Proof
For personalized orders, we will provide a design proof for your review before production. Please carefully check the house number, street name, spelling, layout, and other customization details. Production will begin after the design is confirmed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design proof, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it.

If the issue is caused by a manufacturing error, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because each sign is made specifically for your order.

Returns
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
